FODEN'S BAND FILM SCENES FOR “BRASS IN THE BLOOD” On Saturday 25th October the film crew arrived to film one of the end scenes for the new film “Brass in the Blood” which is being made at the moment in Sandbach with a story based around ...the history of Foden's Band.

A Night at the Movies

On the 25th October Foden's Band will appear in concert with our own Foden's Youth Band at Sandbach School. The night will feature music from the forthcoming 'Brass in the Blood' film which is based around the history of Foden's Band and features both bands.

Manchester Cathedral

Foden's Band are pleased to announce that, following the highly successful event in 2012, they will return to Manchester Cathedral in November 2014 for a spectacular concert featuring guests; Foden's Youth Band, International Trumpet sensation Jens Lindemann and the highly acclaimed Halifax Choral Society.

Foden's Youth at Gawsworth Hall

Foden's Youth Band recently ended the academic year with a performance in the picturesque surroundings of Gawsworth Hall. One of Cheshire's most iconic venues, Gawsworth hosts an annual summer season featuring some of the UK's most famous musicians, actors and comedians.

Brass at the Bridgewater

Composers Contest

On Sunday 15th June Foden's held the finals of our '23 and under Composers Contest ' at the Royal Northern College of Music. A shortlist of 6 finalists were drawn up by 3 judges, Dr Peter Meechan, Philip Sparke and Miuchael Fowles.
