Foden's Return from European Trip

On the 27th May Foden's travelled from Hull to Rotterdam on the overnight Ferry to participate in concerts in Sittard, Holland and Brussels Conservatoire, Belgium.

Following our successful Whit Friday outing where we were crowned the 'Tameside' Champions for a record 15th time in 16 years the band travelled to Bury St Edmunds the following day to perform in the Apex as part of the prestigious Bury St Edmunds Festival

Foden's Band are the Tameside Whit Friday Champions

From the first Whit Friday Marches in 1884, the event has grown in popularity. This year over 100 brass bands participated in twenty two different contests at venues scattered around the areas of Tameside and Saddleworth.

116 Year Old Picture Survives Fire

Restoration Campaign Launched

Foden's Band have announced that a fundraising campaign has been launched in order to assist with the restoration of historical artefacts and the heritage of the band. On 17th April 2016 a fire destroyed the home of Foden’s Band.
