Foden's Band - Open Rehearsal

On the 6th September Foden's Band will compete at the 'British Open' Brass Band Championships to be held at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham.
 
The 'British Open' is regarded as one of the main brass band competitions in the world, with the first being held in 1853. The contest attracts all the best brass bands in the country and was last won by Foden's in 2012.
 
On the 2nd September Foden's will hold an open rehearsal on the set test piece 'Vita Aeterna Variations' by Alexandra Comitas. The rehearsal will be held in the theatre at Sandbach School. These open rehearsals are usually very popular, the night gives audience members a taste of the process the band goes through when preparing for these high profile competitions. 

The rehearsal starts at 7.30pm.
