Despite a delayed return to band rehearsals after the Christmas break (due to weather conditions) Fodens band were in fine form at the annual 'Festival of Brass' concert series held at the 'Royal Northern College of Music' in Manchester on the 23rd January.

The concert series is seen as one of the most prestigious events in the banding world due to the event showcasing 'Serious' brass band compositions from leading composers from around the world. The concert is by invitation and features the countries leading brass bands.

Fodens performance was chosen to be featured on BBC radio on a date to be advised
