Fodens Band regained their reputation as the top players in the land when they won the National Brass Band Championship at the Royal Albert Hall in 1999.

Their reign as champions co-incided with the Centenary of their formation as Fodens Motor Works Band in the village of Elworth near Sandbach in 1900.

With their name and fame restored, the New Millennium presents a unique opportunity for sponsors to be reflected by this top brass band.

This world class standard is achieved even though none of the bandsmen are full-time musicians.

Fodens Band is a registered charity, is non-profit making, and contributes to community arts through the coaching of musicians and the commissioning of new brass band music.
