Since being on lockdown Foden's have been extremely busy behind the scenes running an International Online Music Festival, holding two committee meetings via Zoom, a band quiz and following the success of a number of virtual band performances have arranged their own take on a Queen Classic!

Speaking about the online performance Mark Wilkinson commented 'We have enjoyed watching numerous online performances over the past couple of weeks and it has been great seeing band members still working together whilst being on a lockdown. After a lot of discussion we recorded a virtual performance of a Queen classic 'Seaside Rendezvous' which had previously been arranged by our bass player Iain McKnight. This is a fun piece featuring Kazoos and we had a great time recording it! We would like to say a special thank you to Richard Poole for coordinating the project. Everyone involved at Foden's would like to dedicate this video to all those people in the UK and around the world working hard on the frontline looking after us.

For any conductor and every audience, Foden’s Band is a musical Magic Carpet. It continually takes the listener to places that few other ensembles rarely even approach Howard Snell
