Foden’s Band are pleased to announce that, for the first time, they will share the stage with Foden’s Youth Band & the new Foden’s Junior Band in a concert promoted by Accent Music Education Hub (Warrington).
Shirebrook Town Council has announced further support for the brass banding movement with the welcome news that it will once again host the Shirebrook Town Music Festival linked through the innovative Grant for the Arts funding from Arts Council England.

On 31st January the Foden's Youth Band were invited to perform at the prestigeous Royal Northern College of Music Festival of Brass. For decades, the festival has been a showcase of the worlds leading brass bands performing original brass band repertoire and often giving premieres of new works.
On Friday 5th February Foden’s made its annual pilgrimage to Northern Ireland as guests of the Armagh Old Boy’s Brass Band. Now in its 16th consecutive year, this trip is one of the undoubted highlights of Foden’s hectic concert schedule.On Saturday Foden's held a 3 hour rehearsal accompanying 35 young soloists as well as providing performance tips.
The recently formed Foden's Junior Band are gearing up for their first ever performance, less than 3 months after forming.
Foden's are delighted to have be invited once again to perform at the prestigeous 'RNCM Brass Band Festival' in January 2016. The festival is regarded as one of the most important festivals of brass band music, often featuring new commissions, ground breaking performances of contemporary repertoire as well as classics...
During the last academic year Foden's Youth Band continued to develop in many areas thanks to the incredible support received from Besson, Love Music Trust & RNCM. Over the past year the band commissioned new works, promoted concerts in new venues and even received its first ever set of stand banners.
