On Saturday 5th September Foden's competed at the 'British Open Contest' held at the Symphony Hall, Birmingham.
On Saturday 5th September Sarah Lenton (the bands solo baritone player) was presented with the 'Harry Mortimer Award' prior to the results ceremony at the British Open.
Foden's are pleased to announce the signing of David Gillson as Flugel Horn Soloist. David is a previous member of Grimethorpe Band where he played Solo cornet and joins from the Fairey Band, where he held the same position, as well as covering on Principal cornet.
