Following the recently reported nominations on www.4barsrest.com for the 2009 awards

Fodens are pleased to announce that after 12,500 votes being cast Mark Wilkinson was voted by the banding public as the 4barsrest 'Player of the year' with 25% of votes cast and Glyn Williams being voted runner up with 21%

Cory were voted ' Band of the Year' with 34% of the votes and Fodens 'runner up' with 24%

Bob Childs from Cory was voted 'Conductor of the Year' with 31% and Garry Cutt 'runner up' with 27%

Les Neish received 38% of the votes and the title of 'Solo Cd of the year' for his excellent 'Salt of the Earth' CD

'Maestro' by Fodens was voted as the 'Band CD of the Year' with a staggering 46% of the votes
