In 2018 Foden's were crowned the National Champions of Great Britain at the Royal Albert Hall, London and were subsequently invited to represent England at the European Brass Band Championships to be held in May 2020 in Palanga, Lithuania.
In January Foden's and the Love Music Trust announced an exciting composers competition that would see four short listed compositions performed as part of LMT's annual Summer Celebration Weekend at Clonter Opera, Macclesfield on the 22nd June, an event which is being supported by Foden's.

Foden's were privileged to have been involved in the Brass Pass 'Young Brass Award Final' held on Sunday 31st March at the Stoller Hall, Manchester which was broadcast live across the World.
On Sunday 7th April Foden's will perform with singer Matt Ford at the Gladstone Theatre, Wirral in a show entitled 'Salute to Sinatra and the Swing Legends.'
On Saturday 23rd March Foden's will perform the first of six concerts with singer Matt Ford at the Hafren Theatre, Powys entitled 'Salute to Sinatra and the Swing Legends.'
On the 17th March the National and North West Area Champions Foden's will appear in concert with Richard Evans at Chorley Town Hall
Foden's Band are in the process of raising the £20,000 that it will cost to get the band 1207 miles to Palanga, Lithuania where they will represent England at the 2020 European Brass Band Championships.
On Sunday 24th February Foden's competed at the North West Area Competition held at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.
On Tuesday 19th February Foden's, the current National and defending North West Regional Champion held their annual Patron's Concert to a packed Sandbach School.
