It is quite remarkable how rare gems from the past very occasionally turn up. In this case not just a gem which was thought to be lost forever, but a gem which, as far as I was aware, ever existed.

Christmas Presentations

Foden's band held their annual Christmas Concert on the 12th December to a capacity audience at Sandbach Boys School. The concert was a night of mixed emotions for the band as it was the final appearance for cornet players Dave Morton and Anita Dale.

Dr Meechan join the Foden's 'Creative Team'

Foden's are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Pete Meechan as 'Musical Associate.' Dr. Meechan has, in addition to his composing repertoire, been responsible for a number of fantastic brass band arrangements many of which are played by some of the worlds top brass bands.

Patrons Choice 4 CD

Foden's have had a busy weekend recording their latest cd 'Patrons Choice 4' at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester on the 6/7 November. The cd will comprise of tracks chosen by the bands 'Patron's' and will be released at the Bands 'Patrons Concert' in February 2011.
